A hydraulic consultancy, not a drawing mill

The work is building hydraulics: sewer and sanitary drainage, water, stormwater and roof drainage, gas, trade waste and wet fire services. Practical plumbing and site background is part of the product. It shapes the questions we ask in design and the level of detail we put on the drawings.

We are not the cheapest fee in town. Engagements are scoped so the documentation can be built from, coordinated against the rest of the building, and used in certification. If a job only needs a thin set of plans, we are probably not the right office.

Forensic and expert witness instructions are taken independently of design work.
