When this lane applies
Architects, builders and certifiers who need a hydraulic stormwater management plan for the building: gutters, downpipes, overflow, internal rainwater pipework and how the site drains from the building to a legal point of discharge.
OTG can also assist with civil drainage and flooding. Send the project brief and any authority requirements so we can confirm the scope, deliverables and assessment methods.
Outcome
A documented hydraulic stormwater management plan for the services in scope: collection, conveyance, overflow and connection, coordinated with the rest of the hydraulic set. Efficiency Unleashed means fewer RFIs about falls, overflow and where the water actually goes.
We do not invent project names or hit rates. The test is whether the documentation survives coordination and construction.
How we work
- Confirm the scope across building stormwater, civil drainage and flooding.
- Review the architectural set, levels and the legal point of discharge you have.
- Issue a fee proposal with scope, exclusions and timing.
- Design and document. Construction-stage questions are part of a scoped engagement.

Objections
Can you assist with civil drainage and flooding? Yes. OTG can undertake civil drainage and flooding work. Send the site information and project requirements so we can scope the engagement.
Does the project require a particular modelling method? Send the authority requirements and any specified modelling method or software. We will confirm the appropriate approach and deliverables in the fee proposal.
Is this just roof drainage? Roof drainage can form part of the plan. Site stormwater, civil drainage and flooding can also be included in the agreed scope.
Request a fee proposal
Send the current drawings, levels, the discharge point and any authority requirements. Let us know whether building stormwater, civil drainage or flooding is in scope.
